6th OWI Case Headed to Trial
The case against a Marinette woman accused of her sixth OWI will go to trial. A pre-trial conference was held Monday for 32-year-old Cassandra D Kostelecky. She allegedly failed a field sobriety test during a traffic stop in August of 2017 in the Town of Grover. Kostelecky admitted she had taken a number of prescribed maintenance medications that day and she was transported to Bay Area Medical Center for a blood test. Her two-day jury trial is scheduled to begin February 20th.
