Three People in Court on Drug-Dealing Charges
08/28/2018- Three people are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Peshtigo earlier this month. 20-year-old Nicolas Beaupre- Mamula of Amberg, 42-year-old Vicki Krerowicz of Menominee, and 25-year-old Kenneth Moore of Green Bay were each in Marinette County Court for an adjourned initial appearance Monday morning after having been charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Deliver Designer Drugs. According to the criminal complaint, the trio were in a vehicle that was pulled over due to a faulty headlight when a police K9 gave a positive alert for the presence of drugs. A search of all three suspects and the vehicle turned up more than four dozen ecstasy pills and seven grams of cocaine. Beaupre- Mamula is also facing felony counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Bail Jumping. Krerowicz and Moore now have preliminary hearings scheduled for this Thursday while Beaupre- Mamula is expected back in court for his preliminary hearing September 6th.
