THE MARINETTE GIRLS FINISHED THIRD AT THE FINAL NORTHEASTERN CONFERENCE MEET OF THE SEASON HELD AT IRISH WATERS GOLF COURSE IN KAUKAUNA . KAITLYN KITZINGER LED THE MARINES WITH AN 8TH PLACE FINISH AND MADE FIRST TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE. FREEDOM WON THE TEAM TITLE FOLLOWED BY LITTLE CHUTE.
ON THE BOYS SIDE, MARINETTE’S CARSON POLOMIS FINISHED 7TH AND MADE FIRST TEAM ALL-NEC…THE MARINES FINISHED 5TH AS A TEAM, FREEDOM WAS FIRST. BOTH MARINETTE TEAMS WILL RUN IN THE SECTIONALS ON SATURDAY, AGAIN AT IRISH WATERS GOLF COURSE.

WAUSAUKEE WON ITS OWN TRIANGULAR BEATING STAA AND ONEIDA AND CRIVITZ WON ITS OWN TRIANGULAR DOWNING SURING AND COLEMAN. THE RANGERS AND WOLVERINES ARE CO-CHAMPIONS OF THE M&O CONFERENCE.
LENA, GILLETT AND NIAGARA EACH GOT A WIN AT A TRIANGULAR HOSTED BY NIAGARA.

COLEMAN CAPTURED BOTH M&O CONFERENCE CROSS COUNTRY TEAM TITLES IN PEMBINE YESTERDAY. GILLETT HAD BOTH INDIVIDUAL FIRST PLACE WINNERS, DEREK HANSON AND SYLVIA HANSEN.

THE 2018 CLASS INCLUDES JOE KRESKY FROM THE CLASS OF 1952, DAN MESSENGER WHO GRADUTED IN 1978, PLUS THE GIRLS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TRACK AND FIELD TEAMS FROM 1992-94. JOHN SITEK AND MIKE LEANNES WHO COACHED THOSE TEAMS WILL ALSO BE INDUCTED. LEANNES ALSO COACHED CROSS COUNTRY. BASKETBALL COACH BRUCE BASLER (BAYS-ler) WILL ALSO ENTER THE HALL.
