THE M&M THUNDER FINISHED SECOND AT THE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT AT WISCONSIN DELLS. ON SATURDAY THE THUNDER BEAT MILWAUKEE SHAW 4-1 AND LOST TO DODGEVILLE 3-1. SHAW BEAT THE THUNDER 3-2 YESTERDAY TO CLAIM FIRST PLACE. THE STATE TOURNAMENT IS MARCH 15TH THROUGH THE 17TH IN HUDSON.

PESHTIGO FINISHED THIRD AT THE STATE TOURNAMENT HELD AT ASHWABENON LANES. ASHWABENON BEAT PESHTIGO 371-352 IN THE SEMI-FINALS. THE BULLDOGS FINISHED THIRD OUT OF 25 DIVISION 2 TEAMS AT STATE AND OVER 100 D-2 TEAMS IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN.

THREE COLEMAN COUGARS CAPTURED STATE WRESTLING TITLES AT THE W.I.A.A. INDIVIDUAL STATE MEET THAT CONCLUDED ON SATURDAY AT THE KOHL CENTER IN MADISON. KOLTIN GRZYBOWSKI AND CALEB GROSS BOTH WON THEIR THIRD STRAIGHT DIVISION 3 STATE TITLES AND JAKE BALDWIN HIS FIRST AFTER FINISHING SECOND LAST YEAR. GRZYBOWSKI WON THE TITLE AT 113 POUNDS AND FINISHES 46-2. GROSS, AT 126 POUNDS, HAD THE CLOSEST MATCH OF THREE COUGARS IN THE FINALS WINNING 3-0 AND FINISHING 46-3. BALDWIN WON THE 145 POUND TITLE AND ENDS THE SEASON AT 48-1. IT’S THE THIRD TIME IN COLEMAN HIGH SCHOOL HISTORY THAT THE COUGARS HAVE HAD THREE STATE CHAMPS IN ONE SEASON.
